If I thought April and May were busy, June was all like, "Hold my beer."

And by beer, I mean a Busch Light corn can because I started keto (mostly because Sam started keto and I didn't feel like cooking separate meals) and a latte doesn't have that many net carbs. I checked. Besides, the corn cans are cool.

Side note: it didn't last long because I love bread and potatoes too much.

I put over 1,000 miles on the car in June taking photos here, there, and everywhere. The month kicked off with a senior session for my cousin, Maddie, across a multitude of locations. The weather and light were absolutely perfect for photos that evening, and I can't wait to see what kind of future Maddie creates for herself after high school.

I was also able to spend a lot of time behind the camera with my favorite species (no, not humans). My travels took me to the Wisconsin Holstein Association District 1 show in Glenwood City, then down to Fountain City to catch up with the Brandt family, and then that weekend I got to spend some time with the Kmieciak family and Todd the llama. I wrapped up the month with Missy and Jon's intimate forest wedding in Chippewa Falls to kick off nuptials season (or szn, as the kids say on TikTok).

Because pictures are worth a thousand words, and also because I'm tired, I'll let them do the talking.
